We are a 3PL Warehousing industry and a dynamic company looking for a motivated individual who is immediately available to work and to join our team as a Remote Executive Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career and gain valuable experience in a supportive and flexible work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the executive team with daily administrative tasks.

  • Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Handle email correspondence and communicate on behalf of the executive team.

  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and presentations as needed.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.

  • Perform basic data entry and maintain organized records.

  • Support other team members with miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; we are looking for someone eager to learn.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

The Remote Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer orders, persuading customers to purchase products, and providing detailed information about items requested. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products to address customer inquiries.

  • Persuade potential customers to purchase products by highlighting features, benefits, and value.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account balances.

  • Support other team members with miscellaneous tasks as required.

This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and process customer’s payment accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Ensure payments are applied to the correct accounts and invoices.

  • Ensure payments are made within agreed terms and resolve any discrepancies..

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues.

  • Set up and maintain Customers accounts in the accounting system.

  • Perform basic data entry and maintain organized records.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account balances.

  • Support other team members with miscellaneous tasks as required.
